Maintenance only option (IMPORTANT, please read):

Please note that all our software licenses include a time-limited distribution maintenance subscription. This entitles you to free downloads of all maintenance and feature releases of the product for a period of twelve months. The distribution maintenance subscription does not include access to developer support services such as our online request form. It is a contact-less subscription. To report software issues, ask technical questions, request enhancements, receive patch releases, or to receive any other kind of technical feedback you require one or more developer support subscriptions. You can add these to the shopping basket from the product browser.

With a maintenance only subscription you may contact our admin department with any log-in or other download issues. Our admin department will send you your invoice via email, so you will receive their contact details by default.

We are currently unable to accept payments by Cheque, Credit or Debit card and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All prices are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and is added if

• your company is registered in the UK
• your company is registered in an EEC member state and you are not registered for VAT in your country

Orders from outside the EEC are not subject to VAT
